Freshly baked every morning, these are scones as they’re supposed to be. Crisp on the outside, tender and full of flavour on the inside. We don’t cut any corners here - lots of butter, candied ginger, and roasted blueberries give these their outstanding flavour.
Top tip: these freeze really well! If you’re having these a day or two later or have frozen them, 10 minutes in the oven will bring them back to their former glory.
